Custom Monster Spawns
About
This tool lets you select exactly which monsters will spawn on each floor. For each slot on each floor,
specify the monster and the level it should spawn at. Once you are finished, export your spawn file,
go to the randomizer home page and select the spawn file in the "Customizations" section when randomizing your game.
FAQ
- What are all of these boxes?
- Each floor has 16 "slots" which determine what monsters can spawn on that floor (if that floor is not pre-defined), and at what level they spawn.
Make sure to scroll horizontally and vertically if necessary to see all the slots.
- Why are there so many slots with the same monster?
- That's how the game sets the relative spawn rates. When spawning an enemy, the game randomly picks a slot and spawns that monster if the slot contains one.
- How many different enemy monster types can appear on a floor?
- Only four beyond your familiars. Once the game has spawned four enemy monster types within a floor, attempts to spawn
enemies of a fifth type will result in the monster not spawning. Variants within a type count as a single type.

- Pulunpa
- Troll
- Hammer: 1-9
- Bow gun: 10-12
- Sword: 13+
